”My partner and I travelled from Auckland to Matakana for a weekend away. We took my elderly mother with us and the accommodation for our trio was Perfect!! The Room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The area is quiet and right in the river. The only issue we had was the mosquitoes- which was our fault for leaving the doors opened because the weather was so perfect!! The room did provide Bug Spray which we were grateful for!! We totally recommend this property!”

”The first night we had not car-park available inside the place, which was unexpected, because we did not get any notice on this matter. Also, the first night other guests were very noise after 10:30pm. The rest was good. ”

”Staff were helpful and friendly. Didn’t like the back door slide latch to lock. Should have a proper lock, since back into a side street. Outdoor grounds behind units unkept. Also Advertised in- room brochure that there was a Spa, but did not have a Spa on premises to use. ”
