”We enjoyed being waterfront even though it was winter. We had amazing weather though so we enjoyed the deck at the back with all the different birds and views of the trees up the hill. The house was warm so didnt really have to use the heat pump much or the electric blankets on the beds. Would love to be be back to enjoy another break.”

”Great cozy spot for a winter weekend away with the family. Plenty of board games and toys for the little ones. The fireplace made it nice and toasty on the chilly evenings. ”

”Amazing location! The beach is almost at your doorstep. This made it very easy to hop on our paddle boards many times a day. Shallow waters and the lovely sand bars were perfect for toddlers and kids. The spa was a slight let down. Likely not much use, not easy to access and not clean. Thankfully the ocean was amazing and we had great weather!”

”This place is great! But Bookabatch has absolutely terrible customer service! Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually. ”

”The cottage was just beautiful, a quiet peaceful place that definitely bought us peace coming from a big city. I would live here if I could. Amazing amentities and the bath, goodness coming from a small apartment this was what the doctor ordered. Highly, highly recommend. ”
