Located on a farm that makes you feel like you really are in New Zealand! The outdoor fire brazier was a nice touch, bbq available to use as well Clean quality linens and a comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Good hot water system for the shower and kitchen too This is the perfect place to feel like you're in a rural location, but...

”We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular.”

”Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend ”
