”The lagoon view was gorgeous! I arrived at midnight, do I didn't know what I would see when I woke up.
The staff was just awesome ❤️
Even with the time of crisis (series of earth quakes), they went over and beyond all expectations. They became my friends, my overseas family.

”The place was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was the hardest part about leaving saying goodbye to them all. 100% recommend to anyone”

”Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli hyvä. Huoneeni oli mukava, hiljainen ja hyvän kokoinen (se oli Orchid-huone). Nettiyhteys tosin pätki - viihdekäytössä se ei niin haitannut, mutta esim. etätöihin se ei toimisi, koska kokouksista ei tulisi yhtään mitään.
Hotellin uima-allas oli ihan kiva, mutta jostakin syystä sillä oli tosi hiljaista, joten siellä sai olla rauhassa.
Hotellin sijainti oli ihan Port Vilan keskustassa (200 m parlamentista) ja lähellä oli sekä ravintoloita että ruokakauppoja. Kaupunki...

”Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family.

”We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Erakor. The staff were exceptional, great food, clean and tidy grounds. It is just the most beautiful location. The feast and fire show on Thursday night was amazing and a great opportunity to socialise with other guests. We will be back!”

”Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. ”Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. ”
