”Beautiful Boutique Hotel on the eastern shore right over the Bay bridge great restaurant Little market that’s amazing nice spa and very pretty and accommodating hotel would highly recommend it! ”

”On this site and the hotel site there was no where to indicate that we would be bringing our dog. Upon check in I was told I was booked for the king bed I had requested but it was on the 3rd floor where pets were not allowed. Was told I needed to be on the 1st floor but no “king” rooms were available, only queen. I then asked for the difference of $20 and was told they couldn’t do that since I had pre-paid. Why not just hand me a $20. Total B/S ! ”

”Bed was comfortable, breakfast good. Room refrigerator had no freezer, so couldn’t refreeze packs used to maintain necessary meds we have to keep cold…had to get bag of ice to place in cooler. Bathroom outlet was tricky to use with my hair appliances. Resented paying for parking, when we still had to walk over a mile into downtown and ”

”Really clean and nice hotel. Location was just perfect. Beds were very good and the room was spacey. There was not normal buffet breakfast option at all, just different, quite expensive dishes, available. The hotel supposed to be a inviroment friendly, but you can’t use stairs to go to the floors?? ”

”The breakfast was excellent. My room had ants, there was a corkscrew but no wine glasses, there was an empty paper towel roll in the galley kitchen, there were two soaking wet dish towels on the counter and no clean dish towels, anywhere. In the little living room, there were no lights. It was dark if you wanted to read or do you work, etc. The property was OK lots of places to walk which was nice.”

”We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.”

”We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. ”

”The staff were so kind, funny and helpful during our stay! I love the fresh warm cookies they always had available for us at any hour :-)”
