”We were a group of 7 adults / 4 rooms. The entire hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Our rooms were on the ground level. We knew that the rooms do not have air conditioning, but the heat of the rooms surprised us. The sea breeze doesn't get to cool the downstairs rooms, so sweat flowed every night :-). The breakfast is good and the restaurant part serve good food. The view on the beach from the pool is beautiful. I highly recommend this place to whoever want to go in Zanzibar. ”

We were informed by a male staff member that we were “not allowed” to eat breakfast at the table overlooking the ocean, even though the owner specifically informed us of this option the day prior (likely because he did not want to walk the extra distance.)
