”I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one. Wifi worked well and the owner is super nice. Breakfast was simple but...

"Beautiful, super clean and cosy room. We loved everything in it. Personel was very helpful, friendly and even came to show good restaurants close by in rain!!!! We got a lot of advice about the places we should visit. Destination of Hotel San Giorgio is perfect close to everything in old town Matera. Highly recomended in every way❤️ And not to forget... breakfast served to the room was also very good with local bread, cheese and procutto and lots of fresh fruit+ extra!"
