”Could not fault the staff very helpful , breakfast with very good . I appreciate the building is old but I do think the decor needs a bit of an upgrade. Parking was good but bit of a steep hill to get there. It was a bit noisy in the evenings but it goes quiet at around 10 . Considering the manager and staff has only been there a few weeks they are doing an amazing job.”

”We love visiting this unique hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The lido is spectacular. Our annexe room is spacious and has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The addition of a fridge in the room was very welcome.”

”It’s a really cute place to stay. Beautiful views and garden with a lovely canal side walk nearby. Nicely designed inside and Steve, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have been able to stay longer.”

”The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it.”

”Ramblers cottage is spotlessly clean and comfortable, homely and well equipped with everything you need. Modern but with bags of character and we loved little Jess popping in to visit! Family were lovely and helpful Perfectly placed for local area and lovely walks right on your doorstep. Recommend The Square and Compass at Darley Bridge if you need a dog friendly pub with great food. Only slight negative is the views are mostly of the barn and caravan storage site but this is advised in the...
