"Excellent, convenient location. Basic IKEA comfortable furnishings. Pleasant managers but they are available only M-F and gave a cursory review of the unit and property. Unfortunately, strapping and cement loosened on the balcony ceiling and fell off. I was unable to use the balcony for 2 days. It was unnerving."

The the rooms and toilets are very dirty, when I asked to talk to the manager he told me that he doesn’t speak English I don’t know why they are doing business internationally yet they can’t communicate with the customers. "Very bad experience. The duvet was soaking wet and I complained, the person in charge said they iron it with steam and that’s to be like that. Drunk couple fighting on the corridor the whole night waking everybody up and knocking on doors at 5 o’clock in the morning. Overall cleanliness very bad. Breakfast doesn’t include coffee. A total nightmare!"
