”Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. ”Seemless experience”

”This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!”

”The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

”Well the overwhelming smell of weed for our stay was not our biggest concern. It could have been either the fact that no one made sure the door on the end stayed locked and shut all the way or that I requested a room for 3 was given a king size bed and told a cot wouldn’t fit in the room. We had police one evening and 2 woman soliciting for drugs and sex. Mind you we were 3 women in town for a funeral. My 91 year old grandmother thought I was having money trouble and afraid something was gonna...

”Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum.”

”outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. ”

”We stopped for one night on our way from Chicago to Toronto. Quick check-in and nice spacious room. Easy to arrive and leave the hotel. Free parking.”

”Always enjoy staying here when visiting our WMU student. Cheaper than a five star and thus, not as up-to-date, but the pool is nice and the breakfast is convenient. Staff are always friendly.”

”Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

”It was clean for the most part but don’t look to close cause it definitely needs a deep clean. But then to start it was a busy weekend but I don’t care you know ahead if you are fully booked. They had NO towels and gave us hands towels to use for showers, no pool towels, ran out of TP, and part of the weekend NO breakfast cause they ran out of supplies! We are paying for the amenities so I expect to have them. Go drive to Walmart or call a sister hotel to get more supplies . I’m not usually hard...

”The staff was friendly and helpful. Pam(I believe was her name) was great at the front desk. The first room we checked into(219) was dirty. Very dusty, toilet was dirty, shower was filthy, and had hair in it. Pam apologized and offered to switch our room. Go up to check 2nd room(209) and it wasn’t much better, but we settled because we wanted to be in the same hotel as our other family. My sister checked in the day before(217) and had the same issues. ”Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay.”
