”The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

”Always a great place to stay in the U District. Friendly staff, clean rooms, welcome beverage, safe parking ... always top of our list when needing to stay in the area!”
”We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. ”
”It is a nice hotel in a kind of unexpected area (iffy). It’s location in a reasonable drive to UW, taking backroads. Although it is in a very noisy area, and our room faced the freeway and light rail, it was not bad once it was night. The accommodations were very comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it met our needs. The hotel seems secur for your vehicle as well as yourself, with good lighting in the gated parking garage. Staff were friendly. Liked the healthier breakfast choices....
