”My family and I spent a few nights here while exploring the Charlotte area. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, but was within walking distance to downtown Matthews, which was such a cute vibrant little town. We would recommend this house and would certainly stay there again. ”

This property is very conveniently located right near Atrium Health Union West and it served as a wonderful place for us to come and go to the hospital as needed. ”The overall look of the apartment and cleanliness get a solid 4 stars. The only negative in this category was the pizza boxes left in the oven from a previous renter. The reason I am giving a 2-star rating is that the thermostat did not work. We like cool sleeping conditions, and each night we set the thermostat to cool at 68 degrees, we would wake up, and the apartment was 55 degrees.
