”Good basic hotel quite far from everything. You need to have a car if you like to see something else but hotel. Basic breakfast, basic rooms, air condition ok but you are nit allowed to change the temperature by yourself much. Only two degrees. Very large parking place, even for a van”

”The staff were very accomodating. We were given an upgrade to larger room when our initial room was too small for our family. Was very impressed with their service, location was great and compliments to Biagio in the restaurant. We arrived to breakfast just as they were finishing up, but they were so accomodating and welcomed us all the same. Going the extra mile. Very happy with the service, will definitely be back again. ”I stayed in Italy for 16 days and in many hotels. In this one I received the best and most honest service. Absolutely wonderful people! In addition the hotel is very nice. Clean, spacious rooms, air condition worked and so on. It is only about 1 km away from the historical city center so it is not a bad walk. The bus station is further away but the hotel has a shuttle bus service so it wasn't a problem. I kind of accidentally traveled to San Giovanni Rotondo but the service in this hotel was so...
