”A really hot room with broken air-condition and a locked (not usable) safe was given to us and also our friends got a room with broken a-c. Later on we heard a similar story by another hotel guest. We got a better room after complaining. I am sure that hotel management is aware of the fact that air-conditioning in several rooms is not working and still they put guests in such rooms. This is not acceptable. Breakfast was good as was location.”
”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.

”Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.
