”Laundry facility was out. Parking charge was $25 per day but the lot was full. You had to either wait for parking or park off site at the park. They shouldn’t charge for parking if there aren’t enough spots. No hot tub, pool was cold. Looked like they were housing extended stay guests. Our room was decent, not characteristic of the price for the room ($297). Location is good though. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

”Cleaning rooms was not a good experience, they only cleaned our room once, and is because I had to tell one lady, the other days we were gone, they didn't bother, even when the lady was cleaning the next couple rooms, I didn't want to complain but is too bad I didn't leave a tip, and for the parking is too bad they charge so much money when you already paying so much to stay in the hotel.”

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves. The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...

”Its setup is like a timeshare, meaning it has a kitchen with a refrigerator. Nice-sized rooms and very quiet. Beautiful beach views and easy access to the beach.”

”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in. ”Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was...

”I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at.”

”A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is...

”We had a studio w/ ocean view. Having full kitchen and washer+dryer worked out well for us, having two children with two adults. Kitchen has all full-size appliances, side by side fridge has icemaker. Room also has washer and dryer. Hotel has very nice and helpful staff, service works well. Resort fee ($ 29,00 +tax/ room/day) includes everything, Wi-fi, towels at the pool, parking (also vallet parking) and much more.”
