”The AC is really loud that I couldn't fall asleep at night. Also we understood it's a condo and kept quiet all the time, but the neighbors upstairs was running and jumping very early in the morning. Our ceiling was trembling....Other than the noises, we liked the beach towels and beach chairs provided.”

”Don’t stay here. Their rooms are very poorly remodeled. When we showed up the door wasn’t locking, also the sensors for the A/C was broken and it wouldn’t turn on. So much for being a resort. Also the detergent took my money and didn’t dispense my box of soap. Then the phone in the room kept going off and there was nobody calling.”

”Take the option to upgrade to the Napau level if offered. Free breakfast, afternoon drinks & small bites for dinner. Saves hundreds of dollars a day. Everyone welcomes you as a guest! House keeping, pool staff, grounds keepers & everyone else. The only thing we didn’t like were the birds in the lounge and the fact that my wife always felt like we wee almost out of toilet paper. An extra roll of TP in the room would calm this anxiety. Not sure why they don’t provide an extra roll. The grounds are...

”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...
