”The hotel is located at the port on the north side of the island 5 min from the airport. It’s not at a place you would want to get in the ocean. Hotel is more like a motel 6. On site restaurant had a limited menu and the waitress were not that friendly. Room was clean and updated but the air conditioner was loud and broke down. Complained to the tech and he didn’t stay long enough to hear the issue after getting it working again. Front desk removed the resort fee to make up for the lack of sleep...

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves. The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...

”Nice and comfortable place”

”In my opinion the price of the hotel does not match the value. For our trip in Hawaii this was the most expensive hotel and definitely not the best. Staff was friendly and very helpful though. ”
