”We had a wonderful stay at the Westin in Maui! Our room was great and very comfortable. The entire staff was friendly.
We spent a lot of time enjoying both the beach and the pools, which were fantastic. The food and drinks at the restaurants and bars exceeded our expectations, everything we tried was delicious.
Overall, it was an amazing experience and the perfect place for a family vacation. We can’t wait to come back!”

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves.
The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...

”I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.
The sofa bed was old, dirty, and not in acceptable condition for guests. Housekeeping was also very poor. We did not...
