”We spent a week on Cusco at Hotel Ureta, allthough one night we spent on between closer to Machu Picchu. The owner was extremely helpfull and wanted to live great service also The breakfast was good. Hotel is located 1,5 km away from The historic centre so alla tours won't fetch you from this location but hotel Will help you with The bookings and they provide free airport transfer. Rooma are bit outdated and location is not best one but you will receive great service and you van support this...

”Breakfast highly recommended”

”For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...

”Utrolig hyggelig mennesker, som hjelper deg med alt”

”Great stay and staff.”

”The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be...

”Personnelles aimable et serviable, propre, bon dejeuner”

”Huone oli siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, puhuivat sujuvasti englantia.”

”The staff was amazing, the rooms were perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable.”

”Transferring in Cusco, so was looking for a place close to the airport. 10 minutes by car. Safe and quiet community. Super friendly and helpful staff. Prepared me a fruit bowl and drinks since I left before the breakfast time.”

”Every staff member was perfect. Even the airport shuttle driver…he was standing in the rain late at night waiting for me with a big smile on his face. Front Desk personnel were lovely and friendly. Breakfast room hostess was smiling, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say there was anything spectacularly special about the rooms but mine was spotless. I didn’t notice anything to indicate the room was tired. Breakfast options were extremely plentiful. I believe there’s plenty to keep everyone...

”A little hidden gem. The best thing about it is the staff. Not in the historic centre: expect to walk for around 20min to most highlights. However, the place is clean, breakfast is included and the staff will do their best to help you if you ask. Good value for money.”

”Just 2 stars hotel . Nothing much to say .”

”One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.”

”Personal, habitación”

”Overall ok. However last night i had insect bites all over my arm while asleep. Don't know if they were fleas or bed bugs from the blankets. Also, we were allowed to use the kitchen, and we asked for permission before cooking. However, after we finished cooking, the host came to complain about the smell, which was a bit confusing since we had asked beforehand and were given permission to cook.”

”Great experience”
