”Maun lodge accepted a last minute reservation after another hotel was overbooked and picked me up at the airport 90 minutes later. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is a little older but still nicely maintained and the evening dinner specials are a pretty good deal. Glad my first hotel was oversold and I was able to stay here.”

”Quaint little hotel. Clean rooms and helpful staff”

”Parking en el Interior muy práctico. Habitación grande, sin ducha pero con bañera. Piscina. Frigorífico en las habitación. Tienen una cocina muy limpia y bien equipada que te dejan usar con la condición de que limpies lo que ensucies, lo cual se agradece pues permite hacerte un buen desayuno con lo que hayas comprado.”

”Wonderful stay. I recommend each guest must be provided with the gate remote as there is a delay in opening the gate or there should be a gateman stationed at the gate”

”Bad condition, a lot of stuff was broken.”

”Hotel is niet op hoofdweg wel rustig omgeving je moet een auto hebben te verplaatsen. Personeel aardig Breakfast eentoning”

”Great”

”The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

”The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊”

”WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. ”

”The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. Also, there is no reception after 3 pm (hard to find the hostess at any time), so if something goes wrong, there is no where to go. Also, the power went out in the middle of the...

”Great place, very helpful staff. They help to arrange a ride to elephant havens and back. Awesome spread for breakfast and a great selection on the dinner menu. We will be back.”
