Beautiful Property
Mark reached out as soon as I booked the cabin for introduction and to give additional information on the property. He answered all questions quickly. The week of our weekend stay, Mark emailed again to give me check in information. He even allowed my group to check in early and stay an extra hour later on check out day (which was great considering it was end of daylight savings). The whole process was smooth. The property was beautiful and very clean.

Annual GirlFriends Weekend
This is our 3rd year staying here...and we keep coming back for a reason. LOVE all the space it provides. We have a group of 12 and the open concept amd large kitchen table are exactly what we seek out. 3 full baths are perfect. More than enough sleeping arrangements and the outside has so many things to offer, with the large pond and huge lot. Really appreciate having full access to the garage - which comes in super handy for loading and unloading.

Girl’s Weekend!
With our group of 11 women, the open concept of the house fit our needs perfectly. We had one hiccup with our stay, but with the ease of communication with Mark it was handled in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home!

Hidden Gem
We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and spacious. It was a great getaway for our family to relax and spend some quality time together. Tons to do from yard games, to kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. I would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Family Weekend Getaway
We had a great stay with all the amenities we could ever think of for a large family of 13. Plenty for the grandkids to do and play, as well as the adults. Even when it rained. we all settled in for a night of games and a movie. Truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin!

Kicthen was fully stocked tons of toys for the kids great layout. I think it needs a good "deep clean" corners, cielings, and cabinets had cobwebs. I would reccome d a guest book so future guests can review surrou ding attractions. And make sure no snakes in the house.

David, I'm sorry that the cobwebs got in the way of our goal of a 5 star experience for all our guests. Perhaps you are more particular than our typical guests who all singled out their satisfaction with the cleanliness of the home in their recent reviews. We deep clean in spring and fall, so that will be addressed over the next few weeks. I do appreciate your suggestions and thanks again for staying with us!

Perfect Family Getaway
This property lived up to and exceeded the description and reviews. Our whole family was there for a week, 9 adults and 7 kids under age 9. It was just absolutely perfect for us. The house itself is beautiful and was so clean. We ate in and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pond provided hours and hours of fun for everyone and there are is such a great assortment of kayaks, paddle boards and floaties. The sand volleyball court was a hit as well. There is even a closet full of toys for the littles! Mark was a great host and responded promptly to any questions I had before the trip. There were no issues the week we were there but he checked in halfway through just to make sure everything was as it should be. We will be back for sure! I can’t recommend this property enough.

Perfect!
The Spacious Retreat was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children ranging from 8 years down to 4 months. Plenty of room to spread out but also to come together for meals. We stayed in to eat -- the kitchen and dining area were awesome! And since we were there during a blazing hot week, the pond was a life saver. The older kids swam all day every day. Mark responded immediately to all questions. It was especially nice that all TP, paper towels, etc were supplied so we didn't have to pack it. The garage was full of water toys and life jackets, which made swimming all day possible and enjoyable. Our family will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful vacation home
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful vacation house. We had a wide range of ages and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids especially enjoyed swimming and fishing in the pond. Would stay here again.

As advertised. We are a family with 8 kids 12 on down and there was room to spare. The kitchen was very user friendly. The spare refrigerator was helpful as well. The water toys and even young toddler toys were great to have access to. Very quiet spot when we were there mid June. It was a nice place to stay. I have to add that the boys beat the girls at volleyball.

Almost like a resort!
The photos of this beautiful property tell it all. The pond was a perfect place for our kids and teenagers to spend time independently. The water and the lake bottom were clean, and the floating dock and "lily pad" as well as the plastic kayaks were a big hit. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Even with 11 of us staying there, we had plenty of cookware and dishes. Laundry facilities were great. We will tell our friends about this great place and will return ourselves.

Beautiful property
The house and property around it were very nice and private. There were a few glitches like a toilet leak, which did not hinder our stay, but other than that we really enjoyed our time at Spacious Retreat!! We played sand volleyball and swam in the lake and took walks. I would recommend staying here. Mark is easy to get ahold of and friendly.

Great stay for our Volleyball group!
We had a great stay! The space worked really well for the 13 of us and the music system, grill, pond and kitchen exceeded our expectations. Our favorite part was playing all day on the volleyball court! The net height is about 7 feet 7 inches for anyone curious. 10/10 would book again!

Amazing VRBO with Stunning Views and Great Owner
My family and I had an amazing time at this VRBO! The property was even better than we expected, with stunning views and a beautifully appointed interior that made us feel right at home. Amazing family getaway
We loved this beautiful home! Location is nice, property is beautiful and house was big enough to accommodate 4 families. This is a great place to stay in winter and summer. We will definitely want to stay here again in summer to enjoy the pond and outdoor area of the property.

Hockey Day Getaway
Beautiful property and perfect home for our 11th annual Hockey Day! We had three families with several young children stay for the weekend. We had a blast shoveling off the pond, skating, sledding, going on walks, and enjoyed lots of games and movies inside. The property was well appointed with cozy beds, heated mattress pads, and a kitchen that felt just like home! The kitchen/dining/great room was a perfect open area for us to enjoy each other’s company while keeping an eye on the kids. There was a large loft area that was perfect for the kids as well. We would love to plan on a repeat visit!

Wonderful stay
We just left this home and we all loved it. It is a beautiful property and is spacious and clean with plenty of room for all of us. It nearly has everything that you would need to a getaway from home - espcially for families with small children. Pack n play, strollers, high chairs, lawn chairs, life jackets, etc. Mark communicated everything in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our time here.

We chose this property for our stay on our annual family girls weekend and it was AMAZING! It was very spacious and we enjoyed the in home sound system very much! It’s in easy and quick driving distance to the dells. Would definitely recommend this property to any friends or family heading to the area. The property owner was great to work with as well. Annual Golf Outing
This is a beautiful house in a semi-secluded lot. We reserved it for our annual golf outing and slept 12 comfortably. It's located 25 minutes from the Dells and about the same from Northern Bay Resort, which worked well as we played Trappers Turn and Northern Bay.

Excellent property and all the toys!
Very nicely maintained property. The kids loved the water toys and sandy pond. They could use a new washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable and they had plenty of bedding for everyone. Very well stocked kitchen. Just needed to bring food and clothes. They had high chairs, toddler beds, strollers, very well equipped. They had puzzles and games which my kids made good use of.

Family Time!
Space for everyone...and a good stock of supplies. Found a waffle maker this year .... I see us having Pumpkin Spice! Big kitchen table for eating and games when it rained. Plenty of chairs, firewood, outside for fires at night, no need to bring. Our family loves it so much we have booked again for next year.

Great stay with everything you need
Rented this property for a second time. First time was with friends; this time with family. It exceeded expectations yet again. Very clean, well-maintained, spacious and with an abundance of amenities. The pond is the source of endless fun--fishing, swimming, kayaking, floating or looking for frogs. The kids loved it. Mark is very responsive and answered a few questions immediately. The Sonos sound system is a great touch, we had music playing all weekend and we were easily able to control where it was playing so the kids could nap. We are already planning our return!

Great house for family
This was a wonderful house to stay with a larger family! There's space for everyone to enjoy 'their' time (if needed). Mark was attentive to questions and all the procedural details (i.e check-in/out, operational instructions for appliances, audio/visual etc. and amenities) were easy to follow. When not sightseeing, in the Dells, or at the beach, the pond was great too. We would definitely stay again or rent other properties from Mark. You won't be disappointed renting this home!

2022 summer vacation
This property was amazing we are a family of 14 and had plenty of room inside and out . The pond and sound system was a big hit. Having all the extra chairs, blow ups for the pond , extra fridge made it even better. Make sure you walk down the road to the Dam a hidden gem to be found.

Our family enjoyed the swimming pond practically all day every day! The kids had fun fishing. So much to do and the home is very roomy and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Fun family vacation
This house is very nice for large groups. There was 16 of us, ten of which were kids (which ranged from 6months to 17 years old). The pond and all of the water toys kept everyone entertained. There were kayaks and surfboards and a bunch of blow up water toys. We played volleyball on the volleyball court. The guys played horse shoes. And we cooked on the grill. We never had to leave for anything. Mark has everything you would need.

Anniversary weekend
Beautiful and very comfortable home and so many activities and games available to do!! Fun family time!

Great cabin!
We loved our stay. Cabin was clean when we arrived, we had everything we needed, there was lots of baby items, toys, lots of fun board games. Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor area is great! We enjoyed fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding, all available at the cabin plus lot more fun activities. I already recommended this cabin to friends and we would definitely come back.
