”When I first arrived there was nobody at front desk and there was customers in front of me waiting for help. I had to call the front desk in order for somebody to finally come up to the front desk to help .. then the First room I got was pee stain mattress pads on both beds, it was pee stain that matched up on the mattresses so it was the top sheet that was only changed it looked like it looked like also mold on the mattresses… there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs...

”As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. ”There were darkish blotches on the ceiling above the bed, which were very noticeable and quite distracting. The room was clean, but that diminished the feeling of clean. I showed the desk clerk and the cleaning staff the smudge and recommended they bleach it or clean it somehow. The desk clerk was apologetic and said they'd take care of It. I hope they do for their own sake. I always look at reviews before I book. I told them that too.”

”Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!”
