”Dead basic no frills, perfect for our needs! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Great bus service with a stop very near takes you to Penzance in about 5 mins. I will stop again. Cheers.”

”Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it!
Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

”Stayed here whilst visiting family in the Maenporth region. Friendly staff, the communcal areas were in great condition with specific decorations for the Easter weekend. The room was very comfortable with dual aspect windows in our room.
Breakfast each day was very good quality with a wide selection of options available, including hot cross buns (as it was Easter) and the staff again catering to bespoke requests.
Only areas I would suggest to improve are the slow wifi speed (perhaps look into a...
