”One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.”
”The staff were very friendly. Check-in, check -out, and food staff. We got one free voucher for the buffet breakfast which had a decent variety. Definitely would stay here again”

It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!”

We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”
