”At check-in I was told that I had to pay a $50 security deposit for a two night stay. I'm a 66 yo retiree staying with my retired wife. Did they think we were going to throw a wild party, lol? So I gave the clerk $50 cash and asked for a receipt. She told me very sternly they don't give receipts. How ridiculous to take cash without giving a receipt. The floors in the room were so dirty I had to take time to wash the bottom of my feet. Needless to say we will not be back. ”

”There was enough room for me, my husband and our two kids. Our kids loved the pool.”

”On the second day, the staff was so rude, i kept waiting and waiting while she was on the phone casually talking and I know it was not business related. They told me they were out of towels on the third day. On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. And by night time when I called the receptionist, he said, oh its because my room was not on their list. I will never book this type of place ever again”

”The first room they offered had terribly musty odor. They gave us another room. The towels were badly stained. Front desk staff replaced with clean ones. Breakfast area had ceiling tiles missing.”

”Beautiful hotel (would stay there again…) but all of the AC units broke and our room was 80°- it was too late to find another hotel for the night- so it was miserable-they said they would refund our $$$”

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”
