”Cleanliness was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Room service from the restaurant was AMAZING service, quality and taste! Loved how spacious the room was. The mattress was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was no hody wash, the bathroom was SUPER small for the price and room, and there was only the tinest niche in the shower wall to set items and they fell out over and over and over… toilet lid and shower door SLAMMED shockingly loud (especially shower) if you did not take the time to slowly...

”The rooms were very small . If you are wanting to pay extra for a nicer room with a Jacuzzi don't do it. It's not worth it. . I've stayed in better hotels for half of the price and I've traveled from East Coast to the west coast.”

”I appreciate orange juice for breakfast and there wasn’t any. I was there for three days. On the first day I told the front desk manager there were no paper towels in the men’s room. When I left there were still no towels and the overflowing waste basket hadn’t been touched ”

”A great three star hotel. Our rooms were immaculate, the beds and pillows were perfectly soft and comfy. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. It is a very inviting and pleasant stay. Recommended🏨 🛌 🌟”

”Our stay at the Comfort Inn Cuyahoga Falls was average. All of the staff and people at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The lady working in the breakfast area in the morning was doing an outstanding job keeping up. The hotel itself and the rooms are not new and showing some age. Our room had a very bad smell- kind of like wet towels. There was a pool party happening while we were there, so kids were everywhere and playing on the staircase every time we went up or down. Definitely...
