In a quiet part of Mayen, just a few steps away from a dream path and the Maifeld cycle path, is the holiday home Chalet48 with a living space of 220 square meters and can accommodate up to 12 people. This extraordinary house was newly built in 2022 and furnished very stylishly and to a high quality.

In Chalet48 you will be seduced by a spacious living room with a wonderful ambience with a fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa to make you feel good. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with a seating area for 12 people and a 300 sqm garden with a chill corner and relaxation loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, premium fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. A spacious dining area with space for 12 people is integrated.

Between the living room and kitchen there is a unique lounge area with pool table and direct access to the small but nice wellness area with sauna.

There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which are connected with their own shower and toilet rooms. All bedrooms are lovingly furnished and equipped with first-class box spring beds and a 40" flat screen TV.
