”My husband and I were reviewing our stay when we left the hotel. The staff is just EXCELLENT. They are very very accommodating and enthusiastic and helpful. The decor is..well..needs help. The black dark hallways are abysmal..the rooms are decent but nothing..and I mean nothing flows. It is chopped up. The entrance is small for a hotel of this size. The check in desk is like a kiosk and it is placed in the worst possible spot. Would I stay here again? Only for the staff.”

”The hotel shows its age a bit and could've been cleaner—there were spiderwebs in the corners of our room, the toilet roll holder was falling apart, etc.—but the restaurants were great. My partner has gotten a bit of a rash since leaving, which we believe might've been related to the hot tub? I dunno, I think we got good value for our money this time but not 100% sure we'd be back.”

”Please be aware that the restaurant is too expensive! $28 for a small breakfast perperson, however a block away there is a Starbucks that services 2 people (coffees, egg sandwiches for $13). Is there a choice?”

”Super convenient location , just beside president plaza, Yohan centre and cross street from Aberdeen Centre. Nice and welcoming staff, easy check in/out. Elevator is under construction but have one that is still operating along with the one for cleaning staff. Parking can be limited at the front of the hotel if you came back late but there are more parking spaces on the fifth floor at president plaza (signage only says more parking at blue zone but didn’t indicate where), so it will be much...
