”Very nice hotel - clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast. The hotel is only 8 minutes from the beach; fresh Market and Belks are walkable. The only drawback was the room we stayed in faces the street. Even though we were on the third floor we could still hear the road noise throughout the night. It also didn’t help that our room was directly across from the ice machine. Bring earplugs in case you end up in a room that faces the street. I would stay here again but I’d request to be on the...

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floors were somewhat sticky, but overall the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was tasty with lots of options. ”
”Clean and great customer service only problem it had one king bed and hideabeds I prefer two queens. Office said they don’t have rooms with two queens other than that excellent service nice staff very helpful and breakfast was wonderful it had everything from waffles to yogurt . Pool was sparkling and refreshing! They provided towels at pool area ”

”Wonderful property. Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant makes a mean breakfast burrito. This property is very dog friendly. The only problem I had was the person above me was very heavy footed and had a dog and I could hear them walking around all night so try to get a room on the third floor. ”

”Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!”

”Checking in was not pleasant as check in time is 3:00 pm and when I go there to check in the room was not ready until an hour 1/2 later. Other than that everything else was good. ”
