”Great house, old but well maintained with plenty of charm. Only issue with our stay was one of the beds advertised as a queen was a double/full instead. Grest location, would stay here again!”

”Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over.”

”This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”
