”The staff were nice and helpful. The location is also very ideal for close proximity to everything. I will say the rooms are a little stiff and minimalistic which is just a matter of preference. Also for amenities only one of the 3 hot tubs was fully functional. Also for a 4 star hotel I would have expected the tile grout work to be a little more well finished in the showers. I feel this hotel is targeting a specific lifestyle and demographic, which I’m sure it works very well for that...

”This hotel did not have Air conditioning, instead there was a $20 Walmart box fan in the room, we had to endure a 65 decibel drone all day and night. No housekeeping service was provided. Also charging a resort fee is a joke since the pool and other facilities were not available. The only saving grace was the front desk employees who were all pleasant and helpful. One in particular, I believe her name was Cassie was extremely helpful when my wife was experiencing altitude sickness, she provided...

”Very friendly staff and clean room. Great location and easy access to shops. We faced the pool and it was not a bother as the resort closes the pool at a reasonable hour.”

”The location of this property was perfect! Very close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The room was stocked with pot/pans and all the dishes we needed for our stay. The showers also had shampoo and body wash but we did not use as we had already packed ours. The room was clean and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I do wish the parking was part of the fee but it’s not. Overall the room was exactly what we needed, however, I wish there would've been somewhere on the booking page...

”The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular.”
