When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business. ”

No one informed us this hotel is being renovated and it made a big difference in the non-clean state. I booked in advance and should have been told about this as it would've affected my decision to stay there after what we experienced. Even without the construction messes, the staff was not friendly, some were downright rude (as if asking a simple question was awful), the free breakfast was not...
