”This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). We were also charged for data usage which we were not informed of being charged. There a 2 other hotels in the area that we had better experiences. Therefore, we will...

”The location was perfect, breakfast was amazing both days, staff were helpful at every request, the aquatic center was just right for the kids (and adults), and the room was cozy. If I need a hotel in the area again, I’ll be going back here. ”

”On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!”

”This is a lovely place to stay. The room smelled very fresh; and overall the property was in very good condition...except for the road, of course, due to the big trucks that travel that area. It was worth the price for a comfortable bed and fresh shower in the morning.”

”The rooms are fantastic and feel more like a mini-suite: having a sink, microwave, and fridge makes it easy to settle in (especially for longer stays). The bathroom also has proper ventilation, which might sound small, but it’s a huge plus. I also appreciated the lounging options in the room — it’s not just a bed and a chair, you can actually relax. ”The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! ”

”The only issue was at breakfast. No juice available the machine was out of order. Otherwise everything was fine for the price level. ”

”Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Besides the front desk lady being really this place fell very short on expectations. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. ”
