Norris lakefront kotiin katettu venelaituri

Ympärivuotinen lakefront kotiin Dodson Creek kanssa katettu venelaituri ja lempeä rinne järvelle. Tilavasta kannesta ja suurista ikkunoista avautuu näkymä lahdelle, josta on panoraamanäkymät Norrisin järven smaragdinvihreille vesille. Beach Island Marina on 6 minuutin ajomatkan päässä talosta, jossa on venevuokraus, veneluiska ja kausittainen ravintola, jossa on usein elävää musiikkia. Helppo pääsy Maynardville Hwy'sta (TN SR 33) - Ei tummia, tuulisia teitä täällä. 30 minuuttia pohjoiseen Knoxvillestä.

This was our second time staying here! We had 6 adults and one 12 yr old. We had plenty of room! We absolutely love Logan’s Property! Everything you need is there! They have thought of everything to make your stay feel like home! Very well kept and clean! Response time is quick and they are there fast if you have a problem! Can’t recommend enough! Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Norris Lake. This property is perfect in so many ways: quiet cove to safely enjoy the lake, dock for enjoying the lake, kayaks to explore the lake, very close to several marinas to really get out and explore the lake, and conveniently close to a grocery store for provisions. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of lake floats and life jackets and several outside seating areas. We will definitely use this property again when we come back to Norris.

Extended Family 4th of July Long Weekend

We found this property when planning a last minute 4th of July vacation with our new boat. Logan was very helpful in providing information and answering questions to make planning a breeze. Super nice and responsive as well. Property was very nice, clean, and well maintained/updated. Very new looking boat dock in a quiet cove with minimal steps to the water for Norris lake. Kids had a blast swimming from the dock. Our family loved it and we hope to be back soon. Short drive from Beach Island Marina (by boat and car) where it was easy to launch our boat and park truck/trailer. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

This is a beautiful home! The furniture, the decor, the outdoor spaces, everything is comfortable and well maintained. The beds are firm & comfortable. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog! This home is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. I spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the water! Our teenagers enjoyed having the downstairs living space to themselves. The covered boat dock is fantastic! We didn’t get to swim off the dock, but I would love to come back in the summer time for that! The host sent very detailed directions for finding the house. He also sent information about boat launches & nearby grocery stores which was very helpful! We would definitely love to stay in this home again! Thank you for the great vacation!

Excellent place to stay.

Took the family up to this house for the weekend and this would be a 6 star rating if I could. The host Logan was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things. He answered every question I had in minutes time, and was very thorough in his instruction towards the house and what to expect and also kept me up to date on the lake levels as well. The house itself was very clean when we arrived and everything we needed was there. Towels, clean bedding, plenty of seating, phone charging station, dishes, wood for fire pit, chairs for the dock, etc. Will be back next year for another getaway. Great host, great getaway.

Great place

The house was very clean when we arrived. It is a peaceful location as most days we were the only ones swimming and fishing. Property owner was super helpful with a marina to rent a boat and gave us maps and great directions. We enjoyed the covered porch and loved watching the hummingbirds come to their feeder. We had 4 kids and 4 adults and had plenty of space. The only thing we didn’t love was 3 of the 4 beds are very firm, which we aren’t used to, but that’s just personal preference. We’d go back!

Beautiful spot on the lake

We enjoyed our stay. The water and dock were great for the kids and convenient for seadoos.The place is nice but i would notice the bedroom with the two queen beds. We initially thought the family of four would stay in there put that wasn't feasible as there was no room but for the beds. Felt bad no windows either for kids that ended up staying there.

Cute lake house with plenty of room for our party. Appreciated the minimal steps to the dock and the outdoor fire pit. Didn't realize it was pet friendly so the animal hair was a bit off-putting. My bad for not noticing this in the listing.

Beautiful lake house!

This was everything it was advertised to be and more. It was meticulously clean with everything we needed — including a very well stocked kitchen. The deck overlooking the water is very peaceful. And when the sun got hot, we retired to the patio for a little shade. The dock is great—we rented a boat and docked it there and also launched our paddle board from it. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

We had such an amazing week at this place! The house is wonderful with beautiful views from every window. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed fishing and boating, and the wonderful weather. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great House

This place was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and there was nothing you could want that wasn't there. The weather did not cooperate with our plans but there were no complaints about the accomodations. The home was decorated beautifully and was so very comfortable. They had everything from games & puzzles to cozy blankets for the movies. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a family Vaca by the lake.!
