”Great communication from the host. Very nice spot on the river, what else could you ask for. ”

”Overnight night enroute”

”Juan was so welcoming. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a fun family getaway - and then some! Would love to stay here again. ”

”A great get away for Labor Day weekend to do a little jet skiing with friends on the river and visiting all the local springs!”

”Peaceful, clean, and well-kept property. We had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed the massage chair! The host communicated everything upfront and welcomed our dogs, which was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect to let them run off-leash without any worries. Would definitely stay here again!”

”Everything was perfect! Lovely host and can’t wait to return! ”

”We were in town for a baseball state tournament. This was a fantastic place to stay for multiple families. This house has been newly updated and is beautiful in the inside. It was a very short distance to the Sportsplex. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house to all those families coming into Live Oak!”

Our dog (passed after we booked it) would have loved the ability to roam around in a gated area.Owner was very attentive. A tree fell on the wood bridge to the river right before we arrived and she had it fixed within the hour.”

”Sharon was great with communication. The house was fine for what we needed (Just to sleep. We didn't get in the hot tub). Location was easy to find and quiet little area.”

Half rolls of toilet paper, we’re 3 half rolls for 6 people. Same as the paper towels. Communication was good. Price might have been too high for the location. Sheets were clean and so was the house.”

”Charming place to stay and enjoy the local rivers!”

”This place is great. We stay in Keaton Beach every year. This is the first year we didn't stay on the water with a dock, but I will say this. This property is really close to the ramp; we paid less than we normally do, and the place has more room than the other places we have stayed. I would make two minor suggestions. 1) Mow the yard. 2) Get some more furniture in the living room and maybe add a TV to the primary suite. Not trying to complain, just a little constructive criticism. We spent more...
