”The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby.
The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...
