In a lovely garden setting, a functional patio for outdoor dining, a raised paillot with Maroccan style seating area overlooking the sea, a vine covered walkway to private bench area by the annex and another large balcony overlooking the garden and sea beyond, not to mention the private beach area with fire pit, bbq and further seating area...there is a variety of spaces for everyone, together and a nooks for private time.

The perfect location half way between Saly and Somone. This villa, situated on a beautiful beach on the Petite Côte, offers pure peace and tranquillity. Offering full shade and full sun, in the different areas of garden and terraces, you can relax, sunbathe, read, eat and enjoy the best of outdoor living throughout the day and benefit from spectacular views of sunset over sea in the evenings.

I have been traveling and hosting for many years, love meeting people from all over the world. I understand the need for comfort and that "home"
feeling. I raised my 4 children in the villa, we absolutely love living here! It's a great family home, so if you're coming with your children, they will love it too! You're right by the beach, and can feel safe in the knowledge that they are protected from the large body of water.

Teenagers are also
surrounded by great activities and will enjoy discovering all that's in walking distance.

A peaceful area & close to everything. Take a walk along the beach early in the morning and come back to relax on the terrace.

The wonderful bakery is only minutes away. You can also eat there from the menu or at the restaurant opposite. You will also find an ATM, massage,
fish mongers, book store, shopping, 24hr pharmacy, supermarket with European products and a French run medical clinic. You can find all you need so don't worry about the item you forgot to put in your suitcase.

It's 10 mins to the nature reserve of exotic birds, 15 mins to the lagoon at Somone with boat trips to see the mangroves. Spend the day eating oysters and drinking wine by the lagoon, then cross over to relax on the other side at the various beach restaurants and nap in a hammock.

If you're into water sports and beach bars it's only a few steps away! There is also a gym only a few minutes away and paddle too. You can go jet skiing or fishing in a traditional pirogue straight from the beach and in the right season, find yourself surrounded by pelicans. The go-cart track is up the road and in Saly, 5 minutes away is the golf course.
There is also a horse-riding centre 5 minutes away, rides by callesh or go horse riding on the beach. A 30 minute drive will take you to the Baobab
forest where you can go high up for zip lining and an exhilarating rope course through these magnificent trees. There are activities for all ages and a
new lake offering water fun for the family.

There is also the wildlife park at Bandia, a safari 4-wheel drive adventure, see the animals in their natural habitat. Worth a visit is large fish market in Mbour where 100s of pirogues come and go during the day. The market expands out to include everything else that you can imagine. Liquers de Warang is where you can taste home made liqueurs made from local fruits. Whatever you're into, you won't be bored!

Issa will be there to welcome you on arrival, introducing you to all the amenities, like showing you how to use the projector for cinema entertainment and explain the electric meter. He comes most mornings to the property and looks after the house, garden and you too! Don't be afraid to ask for anything...Issa will do all he can to make your stay as wonderful as he can!

Final things to know-
1. Please only smoke outside. The house itself is strictly non-smoking.
2. A cleaning fee of 10 000cfa must be paid to Issa on your departure.
3.Electricity must be paid at the meter, it is pay as you go.
