• 1st Floor: The Theme of the First Floor is "The City" where you can Find Wall Art Decor Composed of Chic Buildings, Artificial Plants & Abstract Art.

• 2nd Floor: The entire Second Floor is Themed after Napoleon Bonaparte. Born August 15, 1769, this great Historical Figure played a key role in the French Revolution (1789-1799), served as first consul of France (1799-1804), and was the First Emperor of France (1804-1815). Today Napoleon Bonaparte is widely considered one of the greatest military generals in History. In this Floor, you will find great Napoleon Paintings and Wall Art that I am sure you will appreciate and love. Also, there are 2 Bedrooms (Master and Queen Rooms), and there is also a Red Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Study.

You will find many Neon Sings that sit on top of Artificial Grass. These Neon Signs definitively bring out the Vibes of this Incredible Property. Great for taking Selfies and just having a good time. Ambiance Lighting on the Balcony/Terrace are colored Led Lights that make it a very chilled and relaxing atmosphere.

Items that would be helpful

The photos and description lead us to think there was a full size coffee maker, but there was only an individual pod coffee maker. We purchased our own bag of ground coffee, but had to make a trip back to HEB to purchase pods, as not enough pods were provided for our 5 1/2 day stay. I would suggest that you either change your description of what you do provide, (I would have brought my own coffee maker from home), or buy one for the condo. Also, we were happy with the towels provided (full size and hand), but there were no face towels and we had to purchase these also. Otherwise, the accomodations were wonderful!!

Weekend Getaway!

House was very clean and neat. Communication with the homeowner was excellent. They helped accommodate us and replied to messages promptly. Overall, my family and I were very pleased with our stay. Checkin and Checkout process was super easy. We liked that they provided us with basic amenities shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand-soap and many others. The toddler gates were a plus since we had two little ones with us. Also, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping stores very close by. We hope to back soon!! 100 percent recommended!!!!!

Delightfully Beautiful, Modern and Spacious Three Story Home

Kudos to this home's host, Yamil, for all his attentiveness before, during and after our stay. This entire home is a real treat to any guests who book this home who are looking for a unique experience in a spacious, beautiful home. The location is very attractive, secure and just a short drive from many restaurants, retail and grocery stores, etc. Check-in/out was timely, clear instructions were provided, and enclosed garage parking for two small vehicles is available in addition to some free street side parking too, if needed. Although, we had no issues with this home, you may want to have a light sweater available, but plenty of blankets and pillows are provided. All essentials in kitchen and restrooms you may need are also provided. The entertainment room and balcony are a big plus of this home. The only awareness needed is to be prepared to walk up three levels of stairs back and forth, as needed. However, it was no trouble for my group which consisted of teens and healthy middle aged adults; then again, our elderly parents certainly were unable to go upstairs, but they were just stopping by to join us for dinner, so it wasn't a problem, and they enjoyed the beautiful first floor kitchen, dining and living room area (a half restroom is available on this floor --- note, all commodes are a bit low level throughout the home). Overall, though, we happily recommend this home if an incredible amount of stairs wouldn't be an impediment for you since you must use these to access all the bedrooms, which are upstairs, as well as the theatre room and a wonderful, romantic balcony on the third floor, equipped with outdoor lighting, furniture and a nice table. We would have loved to stay at least two nights, but booked one night only until the next time! May you feel free to book and enjoy this home and all it has to offer for you, your family and guests.

This property was exactly what I hoped it would be! My friends and I were able to stay during the weekend of my wedding, worry free. We also utilized it for my bridal party to get ready on the day of the wedding and there were so many beautiful places to take pictures! We had a blast and built some great memories, can't wait to have an excuse to book again.

Great place to stay with an awesome host!

Great host experience. He was very attentive and accommodating and always responded very quickly. Lots of nice touches. Property was very clean. High ceilings were beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook, which we did most nights. Very nice place to stay and great for our group to gather together after a long day at work. We would consider staying here again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Awesome Property near Plenty of Restaurants

I wasn't sure what to think when I booked because the posting seemed too good to be true. The property is beautiful--three floors, large garage, a rooftop patio, modern appliances, and themed rooms. Communication with the property manager was easy and thorough. He communicated about when the property was ready--which was earlier than expected, and he was so accessible without being intrusive (texted rather than showed up onsite). There were also many nice touches throughout the space like good toiletries, coffee pods, water bottles, and clear instructions for the wifi. There are a few interesting quirks if you're thinking about staying: 1) The property is in a strange neighborhood. Some houses are very well taken care of and some seem a bit dilapidated. There is an empty lot across the street. It's odd, but it actually made street parking easy. 2) The garage is accessed through an alley (all garages are on the backs of the townhomes), and it wasn't clear how to access it at first. 3) There are about 10,000 light switches to power all the awesome lighting fixtures and fans. I only stayed one night, so I just fumbled with all the switches each time. 4) I wish there were more beds. It is a great and luxurious feeling space, but it actually doesn't hold as many beds as it could. Maybe that's just to minimize parties that would rent it or because the furniture is more modern, but my group was surprised about all the space but lack of actual beds or pullout sofas.
