Guest Requirements:
• Primary guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.
• Within 48 hours of booking: Booking remains pending until you (1) sign the rental agreement and (2) complete the ID check with an approved status; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled and your card will not be charged.
• $500 refundable security deposit
• Check-in 4PM. Check-out 10AM.
• Maximum 20 guests
• No pets, parties, or events.
• No smoking or vaping
• Exterior cameras and noise monitors are used for safety and never record inside
• Follow house rules in the rental agreement
