”Worst hotel experience I have had ever, and I travel a lot. 10 night stay/business trip for me and never going back. First room I had on top floor, there is absolutely no water pressure at all, they warned me at the reception, but why would they still give me this room? After complaining I got room from second floor and the rooms has this connecting door in between, absolutely horrible idea to have these because you can hear everything through from room next to you and I mean...

”Check in was good, room was just ok, the breakfast is the bare minimum.”

”We did not like our stay. There was a hole in the sheets and the refrigerator defrosted everything overnight. Apparently, turning off the lights also turned off the refrigerator. Find a better place!”

”My room was quiet, amenities were adequate, the staff was great, and I got some much needed rest for the last leg of my journey home.”

”The good: Located near the highway, many shops and restaurants (still need a car, however), large room, comfortable bed, nice Dove liquid hand soap and body lotion, decent coffee. The not so good: My room was damp and musty smelling and things were not as clean as they should have been; there was a black hair in my tub and another long one on top of one of the "clean" towels on the counter. The threshold between the carpet edge and the bathroom was full of dirt and ick, one of my pillow cases...

”When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

”Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hallways were dirty, the elevator was covered in fingerprints and did not appear clean at all, and the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was leaking, the shower head was leaking, and the exhaust fan was extremely loud. Breakfast was okay overall, but I strongly recommend avoiding the pancake machine — the pancakes were coming out raw inside. Definitely not the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected.”

”Room was clean and comfortable. You can tell this hotel gets some heavy use from BGSU and is showing a bit. Breakfast was disappointing for a Hilton property with convenience items really scaled back.”

”The property looks sketchy, but it's not. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was nice size & many channels. There is no breakfast other than coffee & juice & crunchy granola bars. The wifi is not good.”
