”Management is terrible. Our a/c wasn’t working upon check-in. They tried to have it fixed never got fixed. Then proceed to say that they were unable to move us into another room due to 3rd party booking bs. They eventually moved us into another room after two failed attempts to repair a/c. The second room was in deteriorating condition as well. I will not recommend until costumer service is improved.”

”The sheets barely fit over a very torn mattress pad that was exposed. The hallway leading to our room smelled like marijuana. The crib they brought me for our infant had no crib sheet or mattress pad and appeared very dirty. ”

”They had a restaurant and a small bar. Perfect for convenience. Parking garage next to the hotel. Great walking around Uptown area. 15 min walk to convention center. Wonderful staff they are coming up on their 100 anniverary. So go check this place out and support the hotel. ”

”Very comfortable bed, charming 1927 wooden house, original furniture, staying in a former carriage house, good size room, clean, tiny fridge not working and no replacement, offered to use one in the lobby of a main building, extremely friendly, caring staff, included breakfast in a formal dining room, delicious, cooked for you, no unlimited bagels/donuts, parking off the street, ”

”I prefer a walk in shower rather than a tub. And the lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. It was too dark in the bathroom. I enjoyed the property other than the bathroom. ”

”Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum Center.”
