”Super loud! Room service was not nice. Asked for tip when it is already included 22% automatically. Would not recommend!”

”Easy to walk the area. Free breakfast was okay. They only refresh rooms every other day so if you come in for the weekend don’t expect the room to get attended. Room was okay, just wish it had a small table and two chairs to sit at versus one chair and one tall chair for a tall desk area. Overall, okay but could be better. No parking, only $45 valet per day.”

”Nice hotel in the lobby area However rooms are showing age. Paint peeling furniture showing use and ice makers on your floor don’t work. Definitely needs updating and carpets need replacing. I was expecting a much nicer,cleaner plusher room for the rate paid. As a Bonvey member I couldn’t recommend the Westin in Charlotte NC”

”This hotel is lovely and very nicely appointed (has great amenities like robes, good coffee, nice fridge, comfortable bed, great views). The only two reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is (1) the room was warm, even when we turned the AC down and (2) the bathroom door creaked SUPER loudly, especially in the middle of the night. (Alerted the staff, so hopefully they fix ASAP.) But otherwise, it is a great hotel and I would absolutely stay here again!”

”Everyone was nice from the front desk people, the bartender, the breakfast crew all of them! The bed was soooo comfy. Like I want to bring it home with me. Only minor details that were slightly annoying but not enough to change my stars... -The pool was small and the filter broke so it was a bit murky. They were cleaning and checking on it. So no biggie but we didn't use it. - The snack pantry was over priced. A bottle of water that was bought at Walmart was $4. But we were sort of at the...

”When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff. The hotel was beautiful, from the lobby to the bar and breakfast areas. The rooms are spacious with great kitchen area. Location is very walkable to the stadium and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.”
