”No housekeeping daily. Had to ask for towels, coffee, and for garbage to be removed twice on a 4 night stay.”

”The location was great but not up to best western standards the beds are out dated toilets not bolted down dirty coffee filter in coffee machine busted shower head doors dont open properly .the exits door you can go out but can go in”

”For the limited time we stayed there, it was okay. When we went to check in the first time, we had to ring a bell three times and still no one came to help us. We ended up leaving and coming back later to check in. The bathroom towel rack and shower pole were rusted and the towels had stains on them. The breakfast that was included was very limited. ”The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs....

”Room was aging badly. Stains on carpet, rust in shower, electrical outlet was broken and hole in outlet face plate (dangerous hazard), room not cleaned in two days ( trash cans not empty). Bedding not refreshed after two days. We left and moved to a different hotel. I would have a hard time justifying a 2 rating, more like 1 1/2. I left pics when we got out.”
