”Our stay was fabulous. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and happy. Rooms were a good size (two adults + two kids), clean and the beds were comfortable. We faced Grafton St and did not hear any street noise. For dining, we had the breakfast buffet, food and drink service from the bar on the patio and room service. Everything was great. Hotel was a very short walk to the waterfront which was convenient. Our kids loved the pool. The pool deck can be very hot though.

” Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. ”
