”We’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns throughout the eastern seaboard, this hotel is by far the best one. It started by being greeted as guest of the day! The room and hotel were sparkling clean. We even saw a member of the cleaning staff cleaning all parts of the tables in the breakfast area and the elevators, too. I’ve never seen that. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee tasted so good! Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable stay on our long road trip.”

”The location was great. Right off the highway and close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and of course VT. The outside of the property was clean and looked safe. There was construction going on so we could see the materials for it outside but it was quiet. The front desk staff were so nice and polite. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was a a turnoff. My room key did not work after 3 tries so they just moved me to a new room. I had other family members checking...

”Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but this was hands-down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. And I’ve traveled to a lot of developing countries so that’s saying a lot. The staff were perfectly pleasant, but the place is incredibly rundown and grotty. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet head holes throughout, the air-conditioning unit was broken and dangling off the wall. We felt like we needed to sleep with our clothes still on. Really gross. ”Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”
