”Room and Service was great! Very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was the only thing disappointing.”

”The staff was very accommodating and friendly as we had double booked a room through Expedia and bookings.com. He was able to swiftly change one to the next night. The room is clean with well maintained walls and floors and appliances. Sturdy furniture. Because it is dog friendly, there is a slight evident scent when we firstly opened the door but it wasn't terribly offensive. The price is spot on affordable. We'll done Town and Country. Thank you.”

”Staff help you promptly, was greeted right away and was checked in to my room within 5 mins of arriving. Only had the breakfast once, it was one of the better breakfasts I’ve had from a hotel that gives complementary breakfast. Coffee was great, which is hard to find. Make sure you push your door hard or else someone can walk in for this out while staying here, thought I closed the door but my friend who didn’t have a room key was able to push open the door, so definitely something you’d want to...

”Internet did work - and no toilet paper in the room. Recently overpainted old rooms but all the underlying probably tens of years old. ”

”The staff were great. The food at the restaurant was great. This is my 3rd time at Tappattoo in 12 years. It’s a really nice place to stay and relax. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Just a thought; put some signs up near the beach/grass area stating, Please do not disturb the geese and goslings. I witnessed a grown man chasing and harassing the geese and goslings.”

”Staff were super friendly which added to the comfort of our stay. The woman who sets up breakfast was so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure speaking with her. We are looking forward to our stay on June 15th!”

”Enjoyed my stay comfortably! The pool was warm and enjoyable and decently large. Affordable , quiet and decently clean for its old charms. During our stay, we drove to the Harbour and enjoyed the peace and loved the view. Will be coming again!”

”Fantastic all around”

”The location is the best feature of this property. Unfortunately, the hotel itself and the guest rooms felt quite dated and in need of renovation. The patio furniture cushions were heavily worn and had lost most of their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We also experienced an issue with our bathroom door, which became stuck whenever it was closed and required significant force to reopen. During our stay, there was a wedding event and several groups of golfers staying at the property....

”The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.”
