”Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area.”

”Met and exceeding my expectations for the weekend! Enjoyed the space the suite provided and the kitchen was perfect size for our stay. Would go back and book this same place again.”

”Room was comfortable, breakfast limited but good, and housekeeping staff very helpful. the big problem was the lack of luggage carts. There was one available when we checked in and we used it and returned it. However, the next morning, there was not a cart to be found. Checked the other floors and the parking lot - nothing. Started carrying and dragging luggage and still no carts. This can be a problem for people in their 80s. loaded the car and ate breakfast - still no carts. Obviously, people...

”This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options.”

”The property was having multiple problems when we were there. The pool pump was out so unusable. The next morning they were having issues and no hot breakfast. They did have cereal, sweet rolls juice and coffee but not the hot breakfast advertised. I can understand one problem but simultaneous problems…makes me wonder about the overall maintenance. The staff was nice, just the way it was.”

”Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price .”

”Rooms are just as they should be, clean, nice, up to day, and plenty of space. Cant say that about others. The breakfast was also amazing. They had the regular continental breakfast( waffles, cereal, fruits juices) and also amazing eggs, bacon, sausage, and made to order omelets. This save my family of 4 about $50 for breakfast every morning. Very pleased. They also offer 2 free drinks per night at happy hour at the bar, but we dont drink and didn't take advantage of that free service.”
