Our private driveway provides parking for up to 5 medium-sized SUVs or trucks.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

★ As part of our standard hosting procedures, all guests are asked to review and sign a brief rental agreement after booking. This helps ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

★ Environmental Setting Notice:
Honey Hollow is tucked into the scenic Shenandoah Valley, surrounded by peaceful forest. While we keep the home spotless, this is a natural environment — you may encounter bugs or other local wildlife.

★ Security Notice:
For your safety and security, as well as our monitoring of contractor/maintenance labor, there are two cameras on the property. The discreet doorbell camera is positioned to monitor the main entryway/driveway. The second camera is on the back of the home.

★ Pets:
Bring your furry friends along for the adventure! We have dogs beds & water bowls at our home but we ask that you bring waste bags to clean-up after your dogs, food, and any other items you may need!

》Maximum of 2 pets.
》Pet fee: $150 per stay, per pet, collected as incremental booking charge.
》Pets are NOT permitted to be on any furniture.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING

• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

ALCOHOL

• No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
