All linens for bedding, towels, and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests only need to bring clothes, toiletries, and food. A washer and dryer are available.

The home has a driveway that accommodates 3–5 vehicles, with additional parking available off the street or in resort parking lots.

There is a doorbell security camera on the main door and a spotlight camera on the side of the house covering the driveway. Both record motion with audio and video.

Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles away, offering restaurants, museums, and shopping. The Shenandoah Valley features caverns, wineries, and breweries. Shenandoah River access is just 10 miles away for tubing and kayaking. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and the Appalachian Trail is 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking.

Massanutten Property Owners Association Home
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association and is governed by its rules and regulations, along with federal and state laws. This is a residential community, and nearby neighbors may be full-time residents.

HOA Rules
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Noise must not disturb neighbors.
Parking is limited to designated areas. All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road. Do not block hydrants or park in front of other properties. Overflow parking is available at 4007 Peak Drive. Buses, campers, and RVs are not permitted. Violators may be towed.
Open fires are not permitted except in the designated fire pit. A spark screen must be used and fires may not be left unattended. Fire pit use is not allowed during quiet hours and may be restricted during local emergency conditions.
No illegal substances are allowed. Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on roads and common areas. No smoking inside the home; violations incur a $750 fine. Smoking is permitted outside with proper disposal.
Pre-approved dogs must be leashed outdoors and cleaned up after.
All trash must be taken to dumpsters at 4007 Peak Drive at checkout. A $75 fee applies if not removed. Trash should not be left outside due to wildlife.

Other Important Information
This home is located in the woods, and guests may encounter insects and arachnids, especially when doors are open or lights are on.
Package delivery is not available.
Minimum booking age is 24.

Pre-approved dogs are allowed for a fee with a maximum of two. Puppies under nine months and unhousebroken dogs are not permitted. Pets must be crated when left alone, kept off furniture, and not left outside unattended.

This mountain home is subject to seasonal weather and natural conditions, including occasional wildlife encounters. Preventative treatments are performed regularly. Guests can minimize exposure by keeping food sealed and reducing indoor lighting at night. Refunds or relocations are not offered for such occurrences.
