”The hotel is amazing but it is a challenge for guests who are not adept at using their cell phone since many tasks require cell phone or other digital devices to use the elevators, send text messages to parking staff, etc. It was very confusing and frustrating to us. Too much unfamiliar hassle! But very lux! We may choose to stay elsewhere in future to avoid the hassle, which adds to the cost of the stay. ”
