”This has been a harrowing experience. We were placed on the 3rd floor, then the elevator went out. We had unpacked all our clothes. We are both 70 yrs old, my husband not in the best health. We had to walk up stairs at the end of a tiring day. The lady at the front desk promised to get us a 1st floor room and someone to assist in transferring our things. ”Front desk staff were fine, but the cleaner on my floor didn't seem physically well, so my room was half made, and the new tissue box was soaking wet, so that was the state of the tissues. On the third day they must have changed cleaners so the room was looked after properly.
