”This place is super clean, staff is friendly, buffet breakfast is great”

”Great location for Penn's Peak! Rooms were clean and some renovations. Continental breakfast was serviceable. Only real issue was outlets. The bathroom had NONE, one not working near the mirror in the room and one that included the lights between the beds. Had to unplug the TV for hair dryer/irons and had to unplug the microwave to charge a phone near the bed.”

”Business trip in the area. Nice hotel, nice room. Managers complimentary was great. If someone needs hotel in this area. This is the place you should go.”

”The staff was great. It was easy to check in and check out and I really appreciated the welcome message I received before I arrived. Breakfast was great! and if you needed something, the staff would go out of their way to help.”

”Felt very unsafe and room was dirty/moldy. ”

”The room was quite clean but shabby. The flooring was some type of laminate where the glue seems to have failed and so every step is a crinkle. Towels were fine and the climate control worked well.”

”I had the suite upstairs, and it was very nice. Spacious, and the decor was nice. Very cozy feel.”

”A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter.”

”The property was amazing. We were taken care of completely by the staff that was there warm and friendly doesn’t even begin to speak about the love of their professionalism and their manner. We will be staying here in the future again and we can only hope that we have the same staff working there at that time.”
