”We had a great time, I found the room a little dated but clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful.Breakfast was a mix of bagels , toast and cereal with juice and coffee. Close to downtown. Great value for the price.”

”We appreciated the very competitive cost. The room was clean and had been renovated, especially the bathroom area. The outside property looks tired and could use an upgrade. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of the downtown core and restaurants.”

”The night we spent there did the job. Tv is super small but ok Bathroom definitely needs a fan we did not have one after a shower would have been nice to turn a fan on. For the price you pay it did the job !”

”Staff help you promptly, was greeted right away and was checked in to my room within 5 mins of arriving. Only had the breakfast once, it was one of the better breakfasts I’ve had from a hotel that gives complementary breakfast. Coffee was great, which is hard to find. Make sure you push your door hard or else someone can walk in for this out while staying here, thought I closed the door but my friend who didn’t have a room key was able to push open the door, so definitely something you’d want to...

”The staff were great. The food at the restaurant was great. This is my 3rd time at Tappattoo in 12 years. It’s a really nice place to stay and relax. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Just a thought; put some signs up near the beach/grass area stating, Please do not disturb the geese and goslings. I witnessed a grown man chasing and harassing the geese and goslings.”

”Had a wonderful stay here. The receptionist on arrival was amazing! The updated room was very tasteful and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was quiet as well. The included breakfast was great! Location was also good. Staff were excellent!! My only complaint was that the AC was a bit noisy.”

”Went for a couple days with my dogs. Nice place with a spot for the dogs and very close to Arrowhead park and Huntsville.”

It felt like a home away from home, and the attention to detail really made my weekend extra special. The staff was incredibly welcoming. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend. ”
