”Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Convenient location for those visitng the Algonquin / Arrowhead area. My only slight would be the room was quite small. Along with the tiny wall mounted TV. ”

”The staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the rooms seemed clean but I woke up on the last day we were there (spent 2 nights) with bug bites all over my face and arms (6 total). I have since had a swollen eye and have been very uncomfortable, they turned to welts and I had to go to the doctors. I’ve never had an experience like this so it is frustrating, I did let the staff know so they can address the situation. ”

”staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. ”

”New Management was really nice. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Beds were comfy. Nice and close to the park. ”

”The staff, Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special. My only complain is the bed, which is the most important part of booking a room. Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.”
